How the IIPP Works for You
How do you handle a situation where one employee goads another into engaging
in unsafe behavior? Nip it in the bud before the situation gets out of
hand by training employees not to tease each other. The following is one
of the statements found in every safety manual we produce:
Never tease or chide another employee because
he or she cannot carry out specific tasks. Teasing can lead to accidents
if someone tries to "prove" themselves by attempting to do work
they are not trained for or cannot do because they are not strong enough.
