Cal/OSHA Compliance Custom Safety Programs

Injury and Illness Prevention

Most employers are required by law to provide a written Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP) to their employees. Since 1992, we have been providing customized written IIPPs to businesses in California and many other states and territories. Our programs have received high praise from Cal/OSHA compliance officers, even though they are not free to endorse consultants.

The two-part manual consists of the Employer's Guide to the Injury and Illness Prevention Program and the actual Injury and Illness Prevention Program. The Employer's Guide is written to employers and supervisors, explaining which regulations need to be followed and how to implement the IIPP, which includes a complete safety policy for the company.

The actual IIPP is addressed to the employees and is written in simple, direct language that can be easily understood. The IIPP is also available in a smaller, easy-to-use handbook, which can be given to the employees. All programs are customized to the degree needed by the individual employer -- we will add safety material you are already using as well as providing new information that you might not be aware of. You tell us how much or how little you need.
