Relational Compliance Custom Safety Programs
Employee Handbooks
The simplest way to educate your employees is
by handing them a safety handbook which they can read at their desk or
in the break room and can refer to during safety meetings. Our handbooks
cover most of the safety issues your company faces -- both those you are
aware of and those you might not realize exist. Each handbook comes with
a form at the end for the employee to sign and return to their supervisor.
As an added bonus, directly opposite the form -- where the employee can't
miss seeing it while signing the receipt of the program -- is a poster
warning that Worker's Compensation Fraud is against the law.
Also appearing at the end of the handbook are a few blank pages for notes.
These can be used by employees to record the new topics they learn about
in safety meetings, which are a required part of their specialized safety
training. These manuals are a companion
product to the Employer's Guide to Injury and Illness Prevention
(IIPP), a how-to manual which tells you, the employer, how to comply with
OSHA regulations, how to teach your employees to work safely, and what
kinds of safety equipment you are required by law to provide for them.
We also provide manuals for Bloodborne Pathogen Exposure Control and Workplace
Violence Prevention, or these topics can be added to your IIPP to create
one comprehensive manual.
